The Challenge
"One of Qatar's leading retail destinations needed a high-traffic platform that was dynamic, multilingual, and easy for non-tech staff to update."
The existing digital presence was static and failed to capture the scale of the physical venue. The marketing team needed the agility to promote tenant offers and events instantly, without relying on developer intervention for every text change.
The Solution
Spearheaded the UX/UI in Figma and executed a custom WordPress build.
Design System
Created a scalable component library to ensure visual harmony across hundreds of tenant pages. From typography scales to button interactions, every element was tokenized for consistency.
Operational Efficiency
Configured Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) so the marketing team could update 'Tenant Highlights' without touching code. This reduced content update turnaround time by 90%.
