Project Overview
Incubation Cloud was designed as a mobile platform for startup incubators to connect founders, mentors, and program managers in a single ecosystem.
The project focused on exploring how incubator communities could operate through a centralized digital platform rather than fragmented tools like Slack, email, and spreadsheets. While the product did not proceed to full production, it allowed for the design of the full product architecture, UX flows, and a scalable design system for a potential startup platform.

"Startup incubators often struggle to coordinate communication between founders, mentors, and program administrators. The hypothesis behind Incubation Cloud was that a mobile-first platform could centralize mentorship discovery, startup collaboration, and program management into one streamlined ecosystem."
The Challenge: Disconnected Communities
Startup founders enrolled in incubation programs had no single mobile platform to discover programs, connect with mentors, follow community updates, or track their ecosystem. Incubation Cloud was designed to be the social layer of startup acceleration , bringing founders, advisors, and programs into one seamless mobile experience.
Fragmented Networking
Founders had to use multiple apps to connect with mentors, follow programs, and stay updated on community events.
Program Discovery Gap
No centralized mobile platform existed for discovering, applying to, and following incubation programs globally.
No Community Feed
Startup communities lacked a shared social feed to discuss ideas, share progress, and collaborate in real time.

Rich company profiles with Focus Industries, Team members, linked incubation programs, job postings, and events (with Register/Apply CTAs).
User Profile & Settings
Personal "You" profile with Incubator badge, social links, bio, quick-access Settings, Messages, Invite, and LogOut , green Edit Details CTA.
